ControlSignage is a browser-based digital signage workspace for creating content, organizing locations, managing playlists and campaigns, and checking your display network.

Choose Try free, create an account at app.controlsignage.com and verify your email. A new account receives a clean workspace with no sites, screens or customer content preloaded.

The one-month trial begins after email verification. It includes all Pro features for up to 3 test devices. No payment card is required.

Yes. The management portal runs in your browser. Each display still needs a compatible player to download and play the assigned content.

Plus is $3 USD per device per month. Pro is $5 USD per device per month. Your licensed device quantity determines the cost: 10 devices cost $30 on Plus or $50 on Pro.

No. Plus and Pro have no fixed one-screen package cap, but each device is billed. Your tenant’s licensed allowance follows the device quantity you purchase. The free trial is limited to 3 devices.

Plus includes the standard management features and current online/offline screen status. Pro also includes Proof of Play, downloadable playback reports, historical screen data and uptime trends.

No. No card is required, and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. A paid upgrade requires your explicit choice and confirmed payment.

Open Account settings in your workspace and choose Upgrade plan. Select Plus or Pro and your device quantity. Payment confirmation is required before the paid period is activated; online checkout is being prepared.

Your account, content and settings remain saved. Choose a paid plan and confirm payment to continue paid service. Do not rely on an expired subscription for ongoing screen operation.

Use a compatible display and Android player running the ControlSignage player application. A monitor or TV may work with a connected compatible player. Hardware is not included; confirm compatibility with your specific device before rollout.

Yes. A location can contain both orientations. Content follows orientation matching, and campaigns have separate landscape and portrait creative selections.

Previously downloaded content can continue playing offline. New assignments, updates and transmission of playback records require reconnection. Cached offline playback is not a guarantee of current publication or subscription status.

No. Current online status indicates recent player communication. It does not independently prove that the physical display is powered on or that an audience has seen the content.

Content Builder provides editable designs and templates. Use brand kits for logos and colors, then render a design into the Content Library before assigning it to playback.

Yes. Playlist additions use independent copies. Editing the source does not automatically replace existing playlist copies; render and assign new content for a new version.

Campaign destinations combine with OR. A screen matching several destination selections is included once in that campaign. Separate campaigns can still play the same creative more than once.

Yes. Dynamic targeting follows changes to areas, tags and Smart Group membership. Review your targeting rules carefully because a rule change can change the set of affected screens.

Yes. Set an optional start date and time and an optional end date and time. A campaign without an end time can remain active until it is paused, disabled or deleted.

A brand kit is a design resource, not the rendered content itself. Already-created content is separate. Review editable designs before removing a kit you still want to reuse.

Proof of Play combines player-reported playback records and analytics, with downloadable reports. It is available with Pro and during the free trial. It is not independent proof of physical display output or audience attention.

Plus provides current online/offline status, not historical screen data. Choose Pro for uptime trends and historical screen information.

Yes. Workspace user management supports roles and permissions so access can be matched to responsibilities. Activity and Error Logs help review actions and technical issues.
